Whether it’s work related tasks, chores, paying bills, or social activities, planning ahead gives you an overview of your week so that you can stay organized.
Make a to-do list
Following on from planning your week is to make a to-do list to stay on track.
Break down your tasks into manageable steps and you’ll be able to make progress towards your goals each day.
This is a great way to get things done if you’re juggling several things at once but want to make time for things like side hustles or self care.
When you’re making your to-do list, set mini goals for the week.
Identify at least 3 things that you want to achieve during the week so that you can take steps toward achieving your long-term goals.
Clean and organize your workspace
A clean and organized workspace is a must if you want to be productive.
If you’re surrounded by clutter, it’s going to be so much harder to concentrate.
Clean out your space by removing any unwanted items – you’ll be able to find what you need more easily and feel more in control of your environment.
Declutter your home
Decluttering your home can help you to feel more calm and relaxed.
You probably won’t need to do this every Sunday, but doing so once a month is a great way to create a more peaceful living space.
Go through your things and recycle any of your unwanted belongings – you can take them to a charity/thrift shop or to your local recycling center.
